The Flash Pack is fully committed towards protecting the privacy of its clients, employee’s and website and booth visitors. The Flash Pack Privacy Policy explains our information practices and the various measures taken to protect your privacy and security with specific attention to any personal data we may have access too. The Flash Pack Privacy Policy is fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications 2002/58/EC, and other relevant business and personal legislation as well as The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

The Flash Pack collects information about the clients and employee’s we work with in order to facilitate our contract of business for providing photo booths or contract of employment for employed staff. We collect contact details and take photos of the public at photo booths and pass this onto clients, we retain this information for no more than 6 months.

The Flash Pack clients will be required to share business contact details as part of our on-boarding process, this data shall remain within our possession for the duration of the contract.

Website visitors who would like to be kept informed of Flash Pack services in the future should follow us @itstheflashpack via twitter.

The Flash Pack will not send any marketing communications to an individual, unless we have received the individual’s express permission in advance. The Flash Pack may collect and use the following kinds of personal information: including your name, your email address and your home country and state and any other information that you send to The Flash Pack.
