A fully connected, unmanned six-point photo capture experience for Twist Museum.
We retrofitted six permanent capture points into the museum’s existing sets, linking them with one QR wristband and a self-service retail journey from capture to print.
The result is a museum-wide content system that added a new guest experience and revenue stream.
Custom-Built for Twist
Every capture point and sharing kiosk was custom-designed and fabricated specifically for the museum.
Rather than installing off-the-shelf booths, we created hardware to match Twist’s branding, colourways and visual language. Camera positions, enclosures and creative treatments were engineered around the individual sets and illusions.
The result is a system that feels native to the museum while producing content unique to each space.

One Wristband, One Journey
Guests scan their QR wristband at each capture point, automatically linking every photo and video to their session.
There is no app to download, no email to enter mid-visit and no operator required. Guests simply scan, capture and continue through the museum.

Self-Service Capture and Sales
At the end of the visit, guests scan again at the sharing kiosk to open their full gallery.
They choose their favourites, add prints to their basket and pay directly at the kiosk, with automatic multi-print discounts encouraging larger purchases.
Digital files are delivered by email and prints are produced on site, turning the journey into a connected, fully self-service content and retail experience
